About BHI Services

At BHI Services, we are a team of builders, problem-solvers, and relationship-driven professionals transforming commercial and industrial spaces throughout Florida.

Founded by Ron and Barb, BHI was built on a shared vision: to deliver high-integrity construction solutions with a personal touch. Ron brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the building industry, with deep expertise in site development and property transformation. Barb, with a strong military and administrative background, ensures every detail, financial, operational, and client-focused, is executed with precision.

Allison supports both field operations and community engagement, helping to keep projects and relationships running smoothly in the field and behind the scenes. Evan, our Field Supervisor, brings entrepreneurial insight and on-the-ground leadership to ensure that what’s planned on paper gets done right in the field. Laura, our Office Manager handles internal operations and administration processes with efficiency and attention to detail.

While this is our core leadership team, BHI is powered by a much larger team of skilled professionals who bring decades of craft and expertise to every project. These are the specialized crews and trade experts who wear the BHI badge in the field, laying foundations, pouring concrete, installing systems, and shaping the details that turn vision into reality.

The Core Team

Ronald Boehm - President, Field Operations

With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Ron has built a career spanning residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Originally working as a general contractor in Pennsylvania, he later relocated to Florida—where he enjoys the sunshine and continues to bring his expertise to every project.

As a seasoned business owner, Ron has developed deep knowledge across all areas of construction, including custom builds, tilt-wall construction, emergency response services, and full-scale project management.

Barbara Richardson - Vice President, Financial & Administrative Operations

Barb is a 15-year U.S. Army veteran with a strong background in finance and administration. Her military career included overseeing payroll operations for 2,500 civilian employees across five states, showcasing her precision and leadership in high-responsibility roles.

Following her service, Barb spent 20 years as the office manager of a construction company, where she gained deep operational insight into the industry. She also served as an emergency services manager for a disaster restoration firm, coordinating rapid response efforts with efficiency and care.

Allison McKee, Account Manager

Allison has been apart of BHI Services for the past three years, where she combines operational support with community engagement to keep things running smoothly both behind the scenes and out in the field. With over 12 years of experience working alongside small businesses, she brings a strong foundation in administration, coordination, and client service.

In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, Allison manages BHI’s social media presence and takes the lead on organizing the company’s monthly networking events. Her attention to detail, natural communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities make her an invaluable part of the team. Whether she’s streamlining internal workflows or helping build external relationships, Allison does it all with a smile, and maybe a spreadsheet or two.

Evan Young, Field Supervisor

Evan serves as the Field Supervisor at BHI Services Inc., where he brings a deep understanding of construction and a strong commitment to quality on every project.

With years of experience managing crews and coordinating complex renovations, Evan plays a key role in overseeing BHI’s field operations. He ensures projects stay on schedule, meet high standards, and reflect the level of service BHI is known for. His attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and clear communication make him a trusted point of contact for both team members and clients.

Before joining BHI, Evan spent several years in the construction industry, gaining valuable insight into both residential and commercial work. This hands-on experience translates directly into his leadership in the field, where he helps guide crews, maintain quality control, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Evan’s dedication to teamwork and excellence helps BHI consistently deliver results for its commercial and industrial clients across Central Florida.

Laura Broecker, Office Manager

Laura brings extensive experience from the service industry, where she honed her skills in organization, detail management, and customer care. As BHI’s Office Manager, she has transitioned seamlessly into the commercial and industrial construction field, ensuring that the administrative and operational side of the business runs efficiently.

Known for her professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic, Laura is a steady support to both the team and clients. Her daily contributions reflect BHI’s mission of Building with Honesty & Integrity while fostering a smooth, consistent experience across every project.
