White Elephant Gift Exchange & Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
Our December BHI Networking Group gathering kicked off at 1916 Irish Pub with a recap of our 2025 member spotlights, reflecting on a year of meaningful connections, growth, and collaboration within the group. It was a great moment to celebrate the people and partnerships that made the year so impactful.
The evening continued with a festive White Elephant gift exchange and an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, bringing plenty of laughs, holiday cheer, and a sense of camaraderie. It was the perfect way to close out the year, grateful for the relationships built and excited for what’s ahead.

Spotlight Member: Robbie Lober
Our November BHI Networking Group met at Texas Cattle Company for an evening of connection and collaboration. We were proud to spotlight Robbie Lober, Your Industrial Real Estate Partner, and the value he brings to the industrial real estate space.
In addition, our food drive in support of Parker Street Ministries raised enough to benefit four local families, highlighting our shared commitment to giving back while building strong industry relationships.

Spotlight Member: Ron Dorzan
Our BHI Networking Group had a blast this month! Guests enjoyed mozzarella logs, burger sliders, and drinks while trading business cards and sharing industry insights.
A big thank-you to everyone who joined in on the annual Costume Contest, highlights included a Beer Keg, Nurse, Ghost, Devil, and Police Officer, keeping the laughs going all night long.
We also appreciate our Spotlight Member for giving us the inside scoop on the pest control business.

Hosted by BRIDGE Local and the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together entrepreneurs and small business owners from across Polk County to showcase their offerings and build brand awareness.
