PART 1

This back lot was a soggy, cluttered mess scattered with outdated, non-functional open-air sheds that blocked access and wasted valuable space. We kicked off the transformation by carefully deconstructing the sheds, hauling away debris, demolishing existing concrete pads, to prepare it for more practical use.

PART 2

Once the old sheds were removed, our geotechnical engineering team performed hand auger borings throughout the site, collected samples, & used this data to guide pitch correction and site grading. We then bladed off the bad soil to prep the surface then staked, re-pitched, and professionally graded the lot to ensure proper stormwater flow.

Lastly we applied a clean layer of compacted asphalt millings to finish the transformation.

Outdated fixtures were removed and replaced as part of a comprehensive ceiling overhaul. The aged popcorn texture was carefully scraped away and retextured for a smooth, modern finish.
